Job Title: Sales Representative –Clipper and/or Ferrell Ross Product Lines

SUMMARY
To act as the primary sales contact for the, AT Ferrell corporate brand, Clipper Seed/Grain Separation Product
Line. And a as a secondary contact for the Ferrell-Ross (Roller Mill) Product Line

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Linkedin, business directories, industry ads/trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

Travels with and develops nationwide dealer representatives and end users for sales opportunities, applications and support.

Promotion of the product line, as well as developing and maintaining a representative organization throughout the US and globally.

Provides product information and knowledge for equipment startup, evaluation and sales. This will also encompass the ability to interpret install drawings and other technical knowledge

Provides quotations, pricing and credit terms; prepares sales orders based on site knowledge or technical discussions with end user or engineering group.

Coordinates date of delivery to customer, based on production and delivery schedules.

Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

Occasionally oversee installation of equipment

Develops and maintains relationships with customers.

Develop advertising, sales promotions and marketing plans to produce increased sales.

Maintaining budgets, forecasting, pricing strategy and development while operating a profitable product line

Coordinates and participates in trade shows.

Ability to travel domestically approximately 40% and internationally less than 10%

Provide recommendations for website content and upgrades

Abides by and follows safety rules and regulations. Participates in company safety training programs.

Willingness and flexibility to assist other departments as needed to achieve company objectives

This role can be a hybrid position where on site and off site work will be performed. That decision will be based on experience and performance during the first 6 months. During that time the role will be at the Bluffton corporate office. This is to ensure full training has been completed and full understanding of the product line has been achieved.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A) ; 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
